The Elwha Valley (Olympic National Park) website is a creation of a group of students involved with the Wilderness Technology Alliance - http://www.wildtech.org/. It encompasses their personal experiences during a hiking trip through the Elwha Valley along with an analysis of camping there in the future. In this site you can find a variety of information regarding the diversity of plants and animals in the valley. The studies performed on the trip for the National Park Service, which may also be found on the site, include: transects & foot of earths, as well as a brief history of the Elwha Valley in general.
